Dr. Yunes joined the Hearing Associates of Northern Virginia after relocating from Chicago Illinois where she worked as an audiologist in a private Ear, Nose, and Throat practice.  Dr. Yunes earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communicative Disorders from Indiana University, and her Masters and Doctoral degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. She is a fellow with the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Yunes specializes in adult and geriatric diagnostics and the treatment of hearing loss through the dispensing of hearing instruments. Her approach to helping patients centers around taking the time to explain their hearing loss and understand how it impacts their lives. She truly desires to help her patients live life to the fullest and enjoy the sounds and experiences that they have been missing.

In her free time, Dr. Yunes enjoys reading, skiing, traveling, and participating in charitable running races.
